View in your browser     Economy adds 213K jobs in June, unemployment ticks up to 4 percent The U.S. economy added a solid 213,000 jobs in June, a stronger number than expected and a sign of the labor market's steady strength even as concerns grow about the potentially negative effects of President Trump's trade policy.  The unemployment rate ticked up slightly to 4 percent from 3.8 percent,  the Labor Department reported on Friday.
