Full-size photos on the suspect's truck – they're completely covered with pro-Trump stickershttp://bit.ly/2yCwkRJ

Video of investigators covering the van in blue tarphttp://bit.ly/2qaJzEy

Gah -- this is very stressful to watch: The tarp flew off the van while en route to the FBI facility. Video of the tarp flying off: http://bit.ly/2Jj7evm

^^Has this been bothering anyone else?: The return address on the packages have misspelled Florida as 'Florids.'

It's Friday. Game 3 of the World Series is on at 8:09 p.m. EDT tonight!! Let's go Red Sox, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap. I'm Cate Martel with a quick recap of the morning and what's coming up. Send comments, story ideas and events for our radar to cmartel@thehill.com, @CateMartel and on Facebook.

CONTEXT ON THE PIPE BOMBS

How law enforcement is treating the investigation: As domestic terrorism. https://cnn.it/2EKk72X

What is a pipe bomb and what damage can it do: Here's a brief explainer: https://on-ajc.com/2z1DlLg

REACTIONS:

Late this a.m. -- Trump tweeted about "this 'bomb' stuff" -- get out the vote!: This morning, President Trump tweeted, "Republicans are doing so well in early voting, and at the polls, and now this 'Bomb' stuff happens and the momentum greatly slows -- news not talking politics. Very unfortunate, what is going on. Republicans, go out and vote!" http://bit.ly/2yD5M2H

Trump couldn't sleep last night: The president lashed out at the media in a 3 a.m. tweet. "Funny how lowly rated CNN, and others, can criticize me at will, even blaming me for the current spate of Bombs and ridiculously comparing this to September 11th and the Oklahoma City bombing, yet when I criticize them they go wild and scream, 'it's just not Presidential!'" http://bit.ly/2EJkRVO

How a conspiracy theory "jumped from the fringe to the mainstream with unusual speed": Via The New York Times's Kevin Roose, there's a right-wing conspiracy theory that "the bombs ... were not actually part of a plot to harm Democrats, but were a 'false flag' operation concocted by leftists in order to paint conservatives as violent radicals ahead of the elections next month." Where prominent conservatives stand: "As prominent conservatives tiptoed around the conspiracy theory swamps, the right-wing internet dove in headfirst." The full story is pretty interesting: https://nyti.ms/2Jm3Lwc

OTHER NEWS THIS MORNING

Announced today -- I sincerely hope the signature drink of this visit is a Moscow mule:

Via Fox News's Brooke Singman, President Trump's national security adviser John Bolton announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin has been invited to visit Washington, D.C., in early 2019. Details: https://fxn.ws/2ReECWT

IN OTHER NEWS

On sale today -- so many new iPhones these days:

The new iPhone XR is available to purchase today. But didn't a new iPhone just come out?: Yes, Apple announced three new iPhones in September. The two more-expensive new phones have been sold for weeks but the cheapest option, starting at $749, became available this morning. https://cnet.co/2O6BRVx

BY FAR THE BEST STORY I'VE READ ALL WEEK

The one where Ross had an alibi:

Police in Blackpool, England have been searching for a man who stole beer from a store. The viral part: The suspect looks just like actor David Schwimmer, who played Ross Geller on "Friends."  https://ti.me/2yA1d9c

The photo -- the resemblance is uncanny: http://bit.ly/2OPqA1h

Actor David Schwimmer even saw the resemblance! He posted a video Instagram replicating the incident. "Officers, I swear it wasn't me. As you can see, I was in New York. To the hardworking Blackpool Police, good luck with the investigation. #itwasntme"

IMPORTANT UPDATE -- POLICE HAVE THE REAL SUSPECT AND THE DEPARTMENT'S PUN GAME IS STRONG:

Police have identified the actual suspect. Lancaster Police tweeted, "Could we BE any more overwhelmed with the response to our CCTV appeal about a theft at a restaurant in Blackpool? Most importantly, we're now satisfied we've identified the man in the still & our enquiries are very much continuing. Huge thanks for sharing it with your Friends." https://ti.me/2PVvdmI

NOTABLE TWEETS

NOW FOR THE FUN STUFF...

Today is National Pumpkin Day.

Come on, Delaware -- do better:

Almost every state is rooting for the Boston Red Sox, according to a tally of World Series tweets in every state. Which states are rooting for the Dodgers: Only California, Hawaii, Nevada and Delaware. The map: http://bit.ly/2yzIACq

Lol, well said, Boston magazine: "Now that's what I call a red wave."

Yeah, yeah, I know the deal -- you know where to direct all the hate mail.  cmartel@thehill.com  ;)

AW, THIS IS HEARTWARMING:

"Two men wearing hoodies pushed a shopping cart full of food for the homeless near the Boston Public Library around 1 a.m. Wednesday morning. One of them was Mookie Betts." What they gave out: "trays of steak tips and chicken for the dozens of homeless men and women who sleep near the library." The full story: https://wapo.st/2D6un3Y

I feel like Burger King should ~pay~ people to eat this:

Burger King released a new "Nightmare King" burger, made with green buns. Photos -- that looks vile: https://bzfd.it/2D9Yzeq

And because it's been a stressful week and we could all use happy thoughts, here's a puppy who is really hoping that breakfast is a bottomless brunch: http://bit.ly/2ORBtzl
