Wait, what happened?: House conservatives had threatened to block the farm bill unless GOP leaders agreed to schedule a vote on a conservative immigration reform bill. House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) assured conservatives there would be an immigration vote in June, but members of the House Freedom Caucus still withheld their vote and voted with Democrats to block the measure.
