The Miami Dolphins: Via The Sun-Sentinel, two Miami Dolphins players kneeled during the national anthem before the preseason opener yesterday. Which players: Wide receivers Kenny Stills and Albert Wilson. Oh and: Dolphins defensive end Robert Quinn raised his fist during the national anthem, though he did remain standing. http://bit.ly/2KNeeQo The Philadelphia Eagles: Via The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins raised his fist during the anthem. http://bit.ly/2MbpqvF Flashback: Earlier this summer, the NFL announced a new policy that would have forced players to stand for the anthem. The Dolphins then submitted a nine-page document to the NFL, called "Proper Anthem Conduct," which explained the fines and suspensions that could be leveled on players for kneeling during the national anthem.
