Pompeo advises Trump to give Saudis 'a few more days' to investigate
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Thursday he advised President Trump to give Saudi Arabia "a few more days" to complete their investigation into the disappearance of dissident journalist Jamal Khashoggi. 
 
"There lots of stories out there about what has happened," Pompeo told reporters at the White House after meeting with Trump. "We're just going to allow the process to move forward, allow the facts to unfold."

The president's latest insult — aimed at adult film actress Stormy Daniels — comes just three weeks before the midterm elections and right on the heels of a bruising confirmation battle over Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
