View in your browser     Democrat Dan McCready withdraws concession in North Carolina race Democrat Dan McCready announced Thursday that he's withdrawing his concession in North Carolina's 9th Congressional District amid an investigation into potential election fraud. "As of today, I’m withdrawing my concession of Mark Harris," McCready said during an interview with Charlotte television station WSOC-TV. McCready trails Republican Mark Harris by 905 votes and conceded the race shortly after the Nov. 6 election in the race to replace Rep. Robert Pittenger (R-N.C.).
