| This morning, President Trump said that the tariffs he announced on steel and aluminum imports will "come off" Mexico and Canada if there is "a new & fair" North American Free Trade Agreement. He then tweeted: "Also, Canada must treat our farmers much better. Highly restrictive," Trump said.
